Our team members are here to help you. It’s essential our staff are treated with the same respect and courtesy we show to all our clients, advisers, and business partners.

This means that aggressive, discriminatory or abusive behaviour towards our staff, whether that be via telephone or email will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

No individual should face being shouted at, sworn at, or treated disrespectfully while at work. Such behaviour is unacceptable and it has an impact on how that person may feel. Therefore our staff are in the position to end a call when they feel they are experiencing abusive behaviour.

We reserve the right to escalate such behaviour and address this appropriately.
