Adam Stephens and Christopher Allen of Evelyn Partners LLP were appointed as joint administrators of PSG SIPP Limited on 25 October 2024.

On 25 October 2024 the joint administrators completed a sale of PSG SIPP Limited’s business and certain assets, including all of its SIPP schemes except for the Unity SIPP, to Alltrust Services Limited.

On 25 October 2024 contracts were exchanged in respect of a transfer of the Unity SIPP business to London & Colonial Services Limited.

On 31 October 2024, London & Colonial Services Limited changed its name to Pathlines Pensions UK Limited (“Pathlines Pensions”).

The joint administrators completed the sale of the Company’s Unity SIPP business to Pathlines Pensions on 9 January 2025.

Pathlines Pensions uses a third-party administrator called Options UK Personal Pensions LLP (“Options”) to complete the day-to-day administration of its pensions. 

Unity SIPP clients should contact Options on 0330 124 1505 or optionsdv@optionpensions.com with any queries regarding their SIPP.

Non-Unity SIPP clients are advised to continue to direct any queries regarding their SIPP directly to their existing scheme manager using their usual contact details.

The administrators are not able to assist with queries relating to individual SIPPs, so please direct any such queries as above.
